Ankur Kapoor was part of a panel entitled "The Efficient Defense: The Role of Reasonable Business Justifications and Efficiencies in Reviewing Unilateral Conduct," which explored the role of efficiencies and reasonable business justifications as defenses in monopolization / abuse of dominance cases in Canada, the United States and the European Union, at the ABA Section of Antitrust Law Teleconference.
